Shivangi Peswani Police Stalking: YouTuber Exposes Cop Who Allegedly Stalked Her, Then Was Told "Just Block Him"

In a terrifying ordeal, creator Shivangi Peswani has accused a police officer of stalking her late at night. When she filed a complaint, a senior officer allegedly told her he "just wanted to be friends."

In a terrifying incident that has sent shockwaves across the internet, popular creator Shivangi Peswani has accused a Delhi police officer of stalking her late at night, using her car's number plate to find her personal details and Instagram profile. But the horror didn't end there: when she filed a complaint, a senior officer allegedly told her to just "block him and move on."

The Shivangi Peswani Police Stalking allegation has exposed a terrifying potential for police misuse of power India and has sparked a massive conversation about women's safety.

In a video detailing the ordeal, a shaken Peswani explains how she was returning home alone late at night when she noticed a PCR van circling. Soon after, she received a comment on an Instagram reel from a fake profile. The person revealed they knew her car model and the exact gate she entered. "Ma'am, the eyes of the police are very sharp," the person wrote, before asking to talk in DMs.

The person in the DMs admitted to being the officer in the PCR van. "The moment I saw you, I liked you a lot," he allegedly wrote, confessing he used her license plate to track her down. This is a horrifying case where a YouTuber alleges police harassment.

Peswani did everything right. She took screenshots and filed a cybercrime complaint stalking. But when the accused officer was brought in, the Station House Officer (SHO) allegedly dismissed her fears with a shocking response. "Ma'am, what did he even say that offended you? This is normal. He just wanted to be friends with you. If you don't want to be friends, block him and move on," the SHO told her. The fact that the SHO dismisses complaint has caused as much outrage as the stalking itself.

Peswani's experience has become a rallying cry for every women's safety creator and women across India. "If this can happen to a public figure with 185k followers, what is happening to young girls every day?" she asked in her video. It's a chilling question about the very people meant to protect citizens.

With the nation now watching, will Shivangi Peswani get the justice she deserves? Or will this be another case where the powerful protect their own? The fight is just beginning.
