They accused him of having an inappropriate relationship with a young girl, and they threatened to frame him in a false case. Ramkaran, who was terrified and ashamed, agreed to pay them to keep quiet. They took his gold chain, his ring, and ₹25,000 in cash. They also forced him to transfer almost ₹1 lakh from his bank account to Renuka's.
