Lakshay Chaudhary's Brutal Takedown: "Why The World Hates Indians"
Lakshay Chaudhary is not holding back. In a new video titled "Why The World Hates Indians," the YouTuber unleashes a furious tirade against the "zero-civic-sense behavior" of his fellow countrymen.
Lakshay Chaudhary, the YouTuber known for his sharp wit and his even sharper tongue, has just dropped a truth bomb on the Indian internet, and it's a tough pill to swallow. In a fiery and unapologetic new video titled "WHY THE WORLD HATES INDIANS," Chaudhary takes aim at what he calls the "zero-civic-sense behavior" of his fellow countrymen, and he's not holding back.
The video, which is a brutal and often-hilarious takedown of the bad habits and the "boorish" behavior that have become all too common in India, is a must-watch for anyone who has ever been frustrated by the lack of public etiquette in the country.
"I made a video a few months ago about the zero-civic-sense behavior of Indians in foreign lands," he begins. "But I forgot that foreign countries are a secondary issue; these people have no responsible behavior in their own country."
From there, he launches into a blistering and wide-ranging critique of Indian society, touching on everything from littering and public urination to the "taxi mafia" in Goa and the "language pride" that so often turns violent.
He tells the story of a contractor in Bihar who had just finished building a brand-new road, only to have the local residents come out with buckets and pans and scoop up the wet concrete to use for their own homes. "Roads are built every year; houses are built only once," he says, sarcastically mimicking the logic of the villagers.
He talks about the "uncivilized, boorish people" who barge into AC compartments on trains without tickets, who travel sitting on the train's engine, and who will fight you if you try to stop them. "For them, traveling means that if there's a place to hang on near the airplane's tires, they'll hang on and go," he says.
He roasts the "stubbornness" of Indian people, the "illogical defense" they use when their bad habits are pointed out. He even takes a shot at the "hollow courses" that promise to teach you how to be an "alpha male," and he makes a plea for a course on "how to behave in public spaces."
But the video is not just a rant; it's also a mirror. It's a reflection of a society that has become so accustomed to filth and chaos that it has forgotten what it means to be a "civilized" and "responsible" citizen.
"This is why we are a third-world country," he says, his voice filled with a mixture of anger and despair. "It takes effort, man! Anyone can become a first-world country. To become a first-world country, you have to live like a human being—decent, civilized. It takes effort to be a third-world country. You have to steal and be crooked all the time."
The video is a powerful and much-needed wake-up call. It's a reminder that the problems of our country are not just the government's fault; they are our fault. We are the ones who litter, we are the ones who break the rules, we are the ones who have created the very society that we so often complain about.
Chaudhary's video is not for the faint of heart. It's a raw and unfiltered look at the ugly side of India, a side that we often try to ignore or to sweep under the rug. But it's a side that we need to confront if we are ever to truly become the "world-leading" country that we claim to be.
